Q: How can you print quality banners for so cheap? A: By combining many orders, your order becomes one in a sea of many others. This allows us to pass on a group discount to you. We have over 280" of print width at our disposal to maximize economy. We buy ink and banner material in bulk so you save in bulk.
Q: Are my files okay to print? A: Please "zoom" or "magnify" your image on your screen until the image is the size that it might appear on your banner to get a preview of image quality. Vector Artwork (i.e. Adobe Illustrator) can be blown up to any size. All other artwork should meet minumum resolution for good results: ideal minimum 72dpi at actual printed size. Accepted File Formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, JPG, TIF. Check out our File Drop for more detailed graphics instructions.
Q: What is your turnaround? A: From the day we receive your artwork file, we will complete your order with 5 business days. Please ADD shipping times to this turnaround time to estimate your project arrival (see "shipping times" below). Larger projects may require additional days to complete. We will contact you about any delay in your order. We promptly respond to all emails.
Q: What are the shipping times? A: UPS basic ground service from California (where we're located) varies from 1-6 business days. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not count weekends in your delivery timeline as days (business days only).
Please allow the proper leadtimes for time-sensitive projects. We can not be held liable for late projects due to a miscalculation in delivery date. We recommend that you plan your order carefully to receive of your banner at least a couple of days in advance of your event. See UPS shipping map.
Q: What is a grommet? A: A metal reinforcing ring useful for mounting your banner. They come standard in corners. Other printers charge for them, at 99cent Banners, we include them for free!
Q: What kind of guarantee is there? A: Printed products are guaranteed for two years against excessive fading. Please note: Once your order has started to print, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
