99 Cent Banners is dedicated to providing you with a low cost way to get a banner. Cheap banners does not mean low quality at 99 Cent Banners. We use only high resolution solvent ink printing. This assures you UV stable, vibrant images, that won't run in the rain, or fade prematurely. The solvent ink vinyl combination assure weatherproof attractive banners that you can use indoors or outdoors. While some low end printers scrimp with 10oz or 11oz vinyl or even "Tarp" like materials, we use premium 13oz scrim vinyl. All banners are hemmed on two sides and include corner grommets for easy hanging.
