Shipping and Turnaround Information
From the day we receive your artwork file, we will complete your order with 5 business days. Please ADD shipping times to this turnaround time to estimate your project arrival (see "shipping times" below). Larger projects may require additional days to complete. We will contact you about any delay in your order. We promptly respond to all emails.
UPS basic ground service from California (where we're located) varies from 1-6 business days. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not count weekends in your delivery timeline as days (business days only).
Please allow the proper leadtimes for time-sensitive projects. We can not be held liable for late projects due to a miscalculation in delivery date. We recommend that you plan your order carefully to receive of your banner at least a couple of days in advance of your event.
